Volunteer event Sunday 22nd May: Report
10 people came to help us clear weeds, paint out graffiti and clean the railings. The event was a huge success, and we were particularly pleased to see new volunteers including 3 younger helpers. Thanks to all who came along and to Aled for providing water for cleaning, and tea and coffee; and park ranger, Paul for facilitating.

Illustrated talk Tuesday March 2010
'Melingriffith Water Pump: Past, Present and Future'.
15 people attended the talk by Robin Williams from OHIHS and Annabelle Evans from Cardiff Council
Volunteer workday Thursday 21st May 2009. Our first workday was a huge success with 21 people attending! We pulled up weeds and saplings, picked up litter and had a general tidy up, revealing some of the structures that had been obscured. We found and re- homed toads, frogs and slugs.
The event was facilitated by Cardiff Council park ranger, Paul, and filmed by BBC Wales Today.
